Message from Coaching Manitoba:
We have recently been receiving many messages from coaches who are doing their recertification and once they have completed the course are not being issued a new RIS number. The reason for this is that they are not following the recertification instructions and are not getting credit for completing the program.
Coaches MUST login to their account first and then click on the RECERTIFY NOW button BEFORE they begin the course. If they do not do this it will look like they are reviewing the material and not taking the course.
I have attached the instructions for you and please send this out to all your coaches along with posting it on your website.
