15U-16U Team Manitoba Training Camp (Indoor) – (athletes born in 2000 and 2001)
Volleyball Canada’s decision to proceed with 18U and 16U Provincial age class programs to better align with the FIVB age classifications may make it more challenging for players of the younger age to be selected to a Provincial roster.
This program is for athletes who have not been selected for a Provincial Team roster in 2016 and who wish to continue to elevate their game in a provincial training environment. Athletes will be given the opportunity to refine their skills with the goal of being selected to a Provincial Team roster in the future. The camp will include fundamental skill work and progress towards more advanced concepts of individual and team play. Players will be asked to provide their preferred position and registration will be limited by position.
This program will include 10 hours of training led by Scott Koskie, Provincial High Performance Coach and Team Manitoba coaches.
Dates: July 4-8, 2016
Times: BOYS 12:00 – 2:00pm GIRLS 2:30-4:30
Location: Red River Community College, Notre Dame Campus and Adrenaline Adventures.

PLEASE NOTE: Participation in this program will first be offered to athletes who have attended a Team Manitoba ID session and were not successful in being selected to a Provincial Team roster. Registration will then be opened to all interested players. Space in this program will be limited and athletes will be grouped based on ability and playing experience.
